We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. We offer worldwide shipping to most countries via tracked and untracked postal services.
Are your CDs and vinyl records official releases?
Yes, every product sold at JPU Records is a 100% official release. We work directly with Japanese artists and labels to provide authorized physical editions, often featuring exclusive bonus content or English lyric translations.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. International shipping times vary by location, generally taking 5-10 business days for Europe and 7-14 business days for the rest of the world.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do I have to pay import duties or customs fees?
